Embrace the Joy of Lifelong Learning.

A year ago, I learned how to use Figma and created my first journey map. It was an exciting accomplishment, but I also felt a sense of trepidation about meeting my superiors' expectations, even though they reassured me that my learning curve was normal.

I remember reaching out to my S.P.U. professor and venting about the tediousness of the work. Nevertheless, I persevered and devoted myself to mastering every aspect of UX Research.

As a result, I am proud to have contributed to FFBS and VSLAiE projects, which will positively impact vulnerable women and children across Africa, Asia, and South America for years to come.

The lesson I learned is invaluable: never be afraid to acquire new skills.
