Yes or No?

Let me tell you a story, Maina!
Do you remember those "Do you like me?" notes that were passed around in class? For Gen Z, these notes were a common way to express romantic interest in someone. They were often exchanged between students, containing a simple message asking the recipient whether they have romantic feelings for the sender.
Once you asked a friend to pass the note to your intended recipient, anxiety would kick in. The fear of rejection or embarrassment was so real. In some cases, passing a note could be seen as juvenile or immature, leading to potential social consequences.
Looking back, I wish life could be simpler. We should be able to pass innocent notes to one another regardless of gender without being shunned for it. It should be as simple as asking "Do you like me?" and that's it. Kazi kwisha! Have a productive afternoon!
A credible solution to heart endeavors.
